Walker S2

The world's first humanoid robot that swaps its own battery — engineered for round-the-clock industrial operation.

Walker S2 is UBTECH's full-size industrial humanoid — and the world's first capable of swapping its own battery. When power runs low, it walks to a swap station and exchanges the depleted pack for a fresh one in around three minutes, with no human intervention, enabling genuinely uninterrupted 24/7 operation. Standing 1.76 m tall, it combines a biomimetic body with 52 degrees of freedom and fourth-generation dexterous hands (11 DOF each) for sub-millimetre manipulation. A high-torque waist delivers ±162° rotation and a 170° pitch, so the robot can squat, stoop and lift loads of up to 15 kg anywhere within a 0–1.8 m working envelope while whole-body dynamic balancing keeps every movement stable. A human-eye-inspired, pure-RGB binocular stereo vision system provides real-time depth perception, while UBTECH's BrainNet 2.0 platform and proprietary Co-Agent — the first industrial agent framework for humanoid robots — handle intent understanding, task planning, tool use and anomaly detection, and coordinate task-driven swarms across production lines. Now in mass-production delivery, Walker S2 is built for factory logistics, assembly, sorting, quality inspection and round-the-clock smart-manufacturing operations.
