Privacy notice
This notice explains, in plain English, what personal information Stellaris Robotics UK collects through this website, why we collect it, where it is kept, and the rights you have over it under UK data-protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

Who we are
This website, stellarisrobotics.co.uk, is operated by Stellaris Robotics Ltd, a robotics company registered in England & Wales under company number 17126545 and headquartered in London. For the personal information described in this notice, Stellaris Robotics Ltd is the data controller.
If you have any question about this notice, or about how your information is handled, email us at [email protected].
What we collect
We collect the minimum we need to run the website and answer your messages:
- Contact enquiries. If you write to us through the contact form, we receive the details you type in: your name, your email address, your organisation (only if you choose to give it), the topic you select and your message.
- Server logs. Like almost every website, our servers keep basic technical logs of each request — such as the IP address it came from, the page requested, and the date and time. We use these only to keep the site secure and working properly.
That is the full list. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, we do not profile visitors, and we never buy or sell personal information.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and follow it up. Our lawful basis is your consent — the box you tick before sending the contact form — together with our legitimate interest in responding to people who write to us.
- To keep the website secure and reliable. Our lawful basis for server logs is our legitimate interest in protecting the service against abuse and diagnosing faults.
We do not use your information for anything unrelated to these purposes, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Where your information lives
Enquiries sent through the contact form are stored in our content-management system, which is hosted in the UK/EEA. Access is limited to the people at Stellaris Robotics UK who need it to answer you.
How long we keep it
We keep contact enquiries for up to 24 months, then delete them. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, just ask — see your rights below. Server logs are kept only for as long as they are needed for security and troubleshooting.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your information.
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your information while a concern is resolved.
- Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
- Portability — receive the information you gave us in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdrawal of consent — withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data-protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
No marketing
We do not send newsletters or marketing emails, and we will not add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent. If you write to us, you get a reply — nothing else.
Cookies
This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
The only cookie we set is a strictly necessary language-preference cookie, and only if you change the site language. It remembers your choice so the site appears in your language on your next visit; it contains no personal information and is not shared with anyone. Because nothing here tracks you, there is no cookie banner to click through.
Changes to this notice
If how we handle personal information changes — for example, when our London showroom opens — we will update this notice here and revise the date at the top.
