UBTech Walker C

The full-size embodied-AI host that greets, guides and performs

Walker C is UBTech's full-size, electrically powered service humanoid, engineered to bring embodied AI to front-of-house roles. Standing 1.63 m tall and weighing just 43 kg, it made history as the first physical AI "tour guide" at the China Pavilion during Expo 2025 Osaka, where it welcomed visitors, answered questions and delivered guided narration in multiple languages. At its core is UBTech's proprietary embodied-intelligence large language model, paired with a fully customisable reception and Q&A knowledge base, so every deployment speaks with your organisation's voice. The in-house U-SLAM navigation system plans routes autonomously, while twin RGBD cameras, binocular structured-light 3D vision and a high-precision IMU give it dependable perception in busy public spaces. Twenty degrees of freedom drive smooth, lifelike movement, from expressive gestures to choreographed dance routines, and whole-body motion control delivers a stable 6 km/h across varied terrain with obstacle avoidance and impact resistance. From exhibition halls and corporate lobbies to shopping centres and transport hubs, Walker C greets, guides, broadcasts and entertains, accelerating the adoption of intelligent robotics in commercial environments.
