Cruzr is UBTech's cloud-based intelligent humanoid service robot, engineered to bring warm, human-like hospitality to busy commercial spaces. Standing 1.24 m tall with 15 degrees of freedom — twelve of them across its expressive shoulders and arms — Cruzr greets visitors proactively, communicates through voice, text, video and gesture, and glides silently on 360-degree omnidirectional wheels. UBTech's proprietary U-SLAM navigation combines 360° lidar with depth, ToF, ultrasonic and infrared sensing for precise indoor positioning and real-time obstacle avoidance, so it can lead guided tours, escort guests and patrol autonomously. An 11.6-inch Full HD touchscreen and 13 MP camera support facial-recognition check-in, video concierge calls and rich interactive presentations, while upgraded large language model integration delivers natural, knowledgeable conversation in multiple languages. Contact-sensitive electronic skin halts arm movement instantly if an obstacle is detected, and up to 480 minutes of runtime — with manual, scheduled and fully automatic self-charging — keeps Cruzr on duty throughout the working day.
